Expert:  Robert Preston replied 7 years ago.

Not sure how it isn't any help.

Go to the Start Menu then Control Panel then Printers

Right click on the printer and delete it

Restart the computer

Reinstall the printer using the disc you received with it

I was expecting you to walk me through the problem in a straight through manor... taking hours between issues is frustrating as well as no help. I have a Apple computer, and not very savy so "double click " means nothing and does not apply.
I am 63 years old and expected a bit more "one on one", than I received.
You are not sure how this couldn't help???? I am not sure how you don't understand that I don't get it... if I did, I wouldn't need your help in the first place!!! Get it son??

Ok well there's no reason to be upset about it. I was only trying to help you. It always helps to specify your operating system so we can help faster, most of our customers are Windows based. I will move this to the Mac section.

No help... too much time between replies...(over 3 days on one question???) not satisfied... will protest any and all charges for this ridiculous type of non- service.
