What images ? Could you please explain the situation little more ?

when I press images a picture of a house appears with a door & window telling me there are 13 images but I cant get these on screen

Confused...you press which images ? Could you please give me a screenshot of that window ? (Press Command(Apple) + Shift + 3. This should create a screenshot of your Mac into desktop. Then upload that screenshot into rapidshare.com and post the download/share links here)

it says ALL IMAGES, this is on my sons computer not on mine and I don't have the expertise on his mac to do as you ask. I am working from my own computer.

I still don't understand what you are saying, sorry. Is there anyway to get the screenshot of images tha you are talking about ? (Taking screenshot is easy, Press Command(Apple) + Shift + 3.
