Hi trying to get itouch to log onto wifi and keeps asking for password XXXXX assume this is the password XXXXX would have had when originally set up modem. Unfortunately we can't find the original set up disc, is there anyway that we can get the password?

In most cases, the passcode for your network is printed on the modem/router, unless you personalized it at some point. If you know that you changed to password XXXXX but can't remember what it is, you'll need to reset the modem to factory settings.

This typically isn't a big deal, but before you do, make sure that you feel confident setting your modem/router back up from scratch. Any computers directly connected to the device will most likely not require any additional setup, but any wireless connections will be disabled until you've redone the setup. Hope this helps, let me know if you have additional questions.

Thanks for your reply. However whilst we were waiting we tried the Cisco Linksys helpline and they sorted it for us - we needed to enter the shared passphrase which we got from one of their pages on their website. Unfortunately the password XXXXX XXXXX on the modem but can only be accessed through the information on the website.
