How do i export photos to a flash drive so i can show them on a didgital picture frame as a slide show

Export photos from where ? iPhoto ?

Can you see a white icon on the desktop when you connect your flash drive ?

yes from iphoto yes i see an icon

Just select and drag the Photos from iPhoto to the white icon on the desktop. Then, connect the flash drive on your Photo frame and see if the photos are there.

I am new when i am in iphoto it is a full screen how do i drag thr photos to the desk top

Change the photo view into Thumbinails from View menu > Thumbinails.

I think its better to copy directly from the library. Open Macintosh HD/Users/[yourname]/Pictures folder, you can see the iPhoto Library in the Pictures folder. Right click (control + click) on the library and choose "Show Package Contents" from the popup menu. A finder window should open and in there, you can see a folder named 'Originals'. Open that folder and you can see all your iPhoto photos in there. Copy the photos you want (select the photos and press Command(Apple) + C) and paste it into the flash drive (Command(Apple) + V) or drag the photos into the flash drive.
