Customer Question

I just bought a wireless headset for my ipod shuffle, I use it while running. During my run, it works for a few miles then quits playing. I tried putting the ipod on my old headset when this happens & it still doesn't work. I charge the ipod every night and it seems to work fine at first. Any ideas?

I went to the website you suggested and tried it out...didn't work. I've purchased a new charger, ipod still doesn't work. Any other ideas?

Hi.

Bad headphones or removing them can cause the shuffle to stop. It is how they are designed.

If you are playing a song and remove the headphones, the song will stop playing.

Are you sure the headphones are working? They fit well into shuffle?
