My Canon Pro9000 is not being seen by my Mac with Snow Leopard.

Customer Question

My Canon Pro9000 is not being seen by my Mac with Snow Leopard. I had previously had it USB plugged into my Time Capsule. I took the USB out of the Time Capsule and plugged it directly into my Mac. When I ask it to print- it is looking for the printer, which it does not find. Help me please.

With the printer plugged in can you open the Mac HDD then open Applications then utilities and open the system profiler.

When it opens can you select the USB and let me know what it lists
