Hi,

Could you tell us a little more about what is going on?

Are you trying to unlock the phone or change language?

Also do you have the machine that this iPhone was synched to ?

Thanks

Customer: replied 7 years ago.
Trying to change the language the iPhone is synched to my PC.

Ok,

Can you tap the settings icon

graphic

Then tap the General icon which looks just the same then select the second option from the bottom which is the International menu.

From there can you tap the top option which is the the language option then select the second option from the top which should be English then hit the top right Blue button to apply your changes.

Let me know if that does not work.

Thanks

Eric

Sorry did not work. This iPhone is made in China and was bought in Singapore.

Ok,

When you tried to select a different language and hit the blue button did anything change?

Customer: replied 7 years ago.

Ok,

What type of phone is this?

Is it a true iPhone or a Chinese clone?

Thanks

Customer: replied 7 years ago.
This is a true iPhone which I have registered with Apple.com with the serial No87936Y583NP. There is also a warranty.Bought at the duty free shop Int:Airport Singapore.

Ok,

In that case the instuctions I gave you should have worked to open Settings then general and scroll down to the second option from the bottom and tap the top option then select the second option from the top.

If that did not work the only other suggestion I can give you would be to factory reset the Phone, However this will wipe the entire contents and you will need to then reactivate and reload the unit.

To do that can you open Settings then general and scroll down to the bottom option then choose the top option then hit the red button to confirm.

Beyoond that all I can do is opt out and see if another expert has an idea.

Thanks

Eric
