my G4 powerbook will not print- an error message pops up reading- Error not enough memory. I went so far as to purchase more memory for my Mac and a new pritner!

This sounds like s corrupted printing system.

What version of OS X do you have on your PowerBook?

Hi Mike,
It finally began to print- after I uninstalled the printer (ten or more times) and reinstalled it eleven times.
I also switched to a different USB port and found that the I'd been using was faulty.
So I back to printing.
