Customer Question

I have a J4580 all- in- one printer which I am using with a mac (OS 10.4.11)
I want to know how to set the printer to print in Black and White or Grayscale only.
I do not want to waste color ink on documents that only need to be printed in B&W.
( for example:I want to print out a Jet Blue E ticket. Why waste color when all the ticket agent wants to see is a Black and White print out.)
HP says to make the choice in the print properties for Word, but in a Mac those choices don't even
exist.

I don't get the dialog box you do. It's different. Where do I go to find it?

OK, open any document or web page and choose print from the file drop down menu or press 'Apple P' keyboard short cut. That will give you the first window.
