Hi I am Ashik. I think i can help you
Goto Macintosh HD and open Applications the Applications folder, you can see Safari in there. Drag the Safari application from there in to the dock. The dock will provide room for his friend Safari.

If you can't find the Safari application under Applications folder, then download Safari from here. Then copy it into Applications folder and drag it into the dock.
