HelloCustomerand thanks for using justanswer.com

If you click on the smile icon at the left-hand side of the dock
Then at the very top click on Go and then Home
This will bring up your home folder
Double click on the Library Folder
Double click on the Thunderbird folder
Double click the Profiles folder
Your profiles will be in this folder
Double click on your profile folder should be something like randomcharacters.default

Double click the folder called Mail
Double click the folder called Local Folders
Put your old mail folders in here.

Tom,

I moved all of the folders and files to the Local folder as directed above; however, these folders and files still do not appear in the Thunderbird Inbox. Please advise.

Click on Local Folders

On the right where it says local directory click Browse
