Good Morning,

I would start by emptying the "Deleted Items" cache. To do this right click on the Delete Items folder and the select "Folder Properties." You will then see a popup window that will say Empty Cache. Select "Empty" and then wait. This process can take some time to complete.

If that option does not address the issue you can try to rebuild your database for entourage. Quit out of entourage then hold the "option" key on your keyboard and click on the entourage icon in your dock. This will open Microsoft's Database utility. Select the "rebuild" option and then click continue. This process can take some time as well, depending on how much email you have.

These options should get you back on the right track.

Thanks,
Derick
