Two news urls that I have used for years cannot now for the past two weeks be accessed. I have tried three different browsers, cleared the cache, run disk utility. contacted by service provider, etc. Still no answer. Following are the two urls: http://www.haaretz.com/ and http://www.israelnationalnews.com/
Can you help me please.
The only explanation I can think of is the DNS service that you are using. DNS = Domain Name System, Internet system to translate names into IP addresses.
To test this theory click on this link http://192.118.73.5/ which is the IP address of haaretz.com.

You can see how your DNS is set in SYSTEM PREFERENCES - NETWORK. The DNS is listed under your own IP address. This DNS is assigned to you from your Internet Provider. You can also use OPEN DNS by visiting this site http://www.opendns.com/

I am not sure how to use the open DNS
Open DNS describes the process in detail at this link; https://www.opendns.com/start/device/apple-osx-leopard
