I HAVE JUST PURCHASED AN HP J4540 PRINTER. I have followed instructions and am al set up (I think) when I set my Mac to PRINT, then set the printer on B and W and click OK, then the green button the paper moves through the printer, but no print. What's wrongS?

The ink is not flowing from your ink cartridges. Ink comes with protective tape that covers the ventilation holes so it doesn't dry up. The tape needs to be removed so the ink flows.
