Customer Question

Since sending you this email, I solved the problem myself through Word help on a whim. Went to Preferences, then view, then window. The Vertical Scroll bar box had become unchecked. I checked it. That resolve the problem.

Give this a try.

Quit your Office programs.

Move the "Microsoft User Data" folder from your Documents folder to your Trash Can.

Do NOT Delete the file, in case this does not work and you need to replace the folder.

When you have it in th trash can go ahead and launch word, and it will create a new clean folder in your Documents folder.

If this works, then you can get rid of the folder in the Trash Can.

Let me know if I can assist further.
