Customer Question

regarding my iPod.....I was recently on a cruise and ran out of power on my iPod. I borrowed an apple iPod charger from a friend to power up the iPod....now the iPod had a bland screen. It does still play music but I cannot see or access a menu or playlist etc.

Hello,

I am going to point you to an Apple video that explains all of the possibilities of iPods not operating correctly.

If these suggestions don't work, you'll probably have to take it into an authorized Apple service center like an Apple Retail Store.
