HiCustomer Thank you for asking your question on JustAnswer. The other Experts and I are working on your answer. By the way, it would help us to know:

-What is the make and model of your computer?

-What is the name of your email program? Or do you use web based access?

-What is the domain of the email account you are trying to send to? (the part after the @ symbol)

Thank you again for trusting us with your problem. Please reply as soon as possible so that we can finish answering your question.

Hello nan,

What email program are you currently using, when you try to send your messages?

Customer: replied 7 years ago.
Until 2/27 I had both Earthlink and Comcast. Earthlink was cancelled as of 2/27 and I have not been able to send emails since.
