Actually, believe it or not, this is a feature of Mac OS X. All you need to press is: Command - Option - Ctrl - 8

It will put it back to normal.

Okay, go to System Preferences and click on the Universal Access button. Under the Display label, click on the radio button "Black on White"

This will do the same thing.
