Resolved Question:

I have just purchased Elements 6 for my Macintosh. I insert the CD; click Adobe Photoshop Elements 6; click Setup; type my password; after attempting to install Setup, I get a message "JavaSript Alert Critical errors were found in setup - incompatible payloads already installed Please see the setup log file for details" I click OK and am brought back to the Setup dialog box. What can I do?
