When I connect my Canon 1D Mk 11N using Firewire or USB to

Customer Question

When I connect my Canon 1D Mk 11N using Firewire or USB to either of my iMacs or my Macbook Pro they all fail to see any camera. Previously I have used a card reader with no problem, but now I want to connect and download direct for a shoot I am booked to do
I have no problems with my 1D Mk 3 and any of my computers using the same cables. They download images with no problem
I'm using the Canon software which came with the Mk3
