Resolved Question:

I have several locations set up for my MacBook Pro and suddenly, after a crash, they are all gone. I zapped the PRAM but still, just the "automatic" location comes up. I am running 10.5.5 on 2.5 gig core 2 duo. THANKS!

Unfortunately it sounds like the file that contained your locations got corrupted due to the crash and the OS created a new one.

Question... Do you use Time Machine for backups? If so, you could roll back to before the crash and restore the file.

Otherwise, I am afraid it is lost and you'll be re-creating those locations.
