The only way is to have your install disk and boot from it, then you can reset the password XXXXX the password XXXXX from the Installer menu bar.

There is a complicated way of using the command line to create a new user which will get you in, but will still not get you your password XXXXX access to your files.

Unix is very security based and this is the front line. There is no way without hacking to get to and change the password.

I can't tell you how to do that because I don't know.

If you have an installer then it is very easy.
