I have a MacBook with Word software. I am a grad student. Last spring I downloaded mozilla firefox and zotero 1.0.3 to do bibliographic work. It worked wonderfully. This summer I was prompted to download the latest version 1.0.7. nad Firefox 3.0. I have not been able to do so, I keep getting an error code 203. Furthermore, I am no longer able to access the old program of zotero. I am behind in paperwriting and getting desperate. And I am not at all technically savvy!!!

this ismy hardware info..please help me figure out how to get zotero downloaded, installed and running again!
