You will need to have either restore discs for a MacBook (can be found on eBay), or you will need to purchase a copy of Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard from Apple:

($129.00 or $116.00 with a student discount)

The other possibility is if your MacBook is still under AppleCare warranty, you can take your MacBook into your local Apple Store, and they will restore your computer for you.
