What version of Office are you using 2004, or 2008? Also what version of Leopard are you using, is it 10.5.4?

Try using Microsoft AutoUpdate. They have released quite a few updates for the 2004 version of Office. If this doesn't work, let me know.

Reply to Aggie Mac Master's Post: says that there are no updated available

Have you tried uninstalling Office, and reinstalling it?
Customer: replied 8 years ago.
i am away from home for a week, so i am unable to do that
Expert:  Aggie Mac Master replied 8 years ago.
All I can suggest is to download and install this update:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/8/8/c/88cb86c3-7f73-4c54-a3e6-ef46336ccd79/Office2004-1150UpdateEN.dmg

This may or may not solve the problem. Let me know either way.

What is the make and model of the printer?
Customer: replied 8 years ago.
lexmark 3500-4500 wireless printer, but that is not the one i am trying to use.
Expert:  Aggie Mac Master replied 8 years ago.
Have you tried deleting that printer?

Apple>System Preferences>Print & Fax

Select the Lexmark printer and click the "-" icon.
