I have a 2007 Lexus GS 350. The right cv axle does not want

Customer Question

I have a 2007 Lexus GS 350. The right cv axle does not want to come out. I have removed the retaining clip, and the bolt. Is it possible it's just that stuck at the bearing, or does the can need to be in neutral to release something in the transmission?

Hi im kevin are we talking about where cv goes through hub or where it goes into gearbox ?

Customer: replied 17 days ago.
Into the gearbox...passenger side
Expert:  Kevin replied 17 days ago.

So you have the other end the outer end out of the hub and hanging freely ?

Customer: replied 17 days ago.
I already completed the other side- this side doesn't want to come out...

the only way to take the axle out of the gear box is by turning it and try to pop it out the ring at the end of the axle have a wedge that wedge need to face down for you to able to remove the axle

Customer: replied 17 days ago.
Never mind, I already got it and have it all back together. It just took a bigger hammer
