Customer: I have the key but remove actuator broke off jey
JA: What is the model of your '02 Lexus?

JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I put key in and car turns over but want crank before when I held the broken remote next to key while cranking it would crank
