Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I have noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.Since the battery went dead , try doing a systems reboot. To do this disconnect both battery cables and touch them together for about 10 seconds and then reconnect them and see if it will not start.

I TRIED WHAT RON SAID AND DID NOT WORK I MENT TO MENTION I CHECKED THE DIAGNOSTIC CONNECTOR AND NO POWER AT PIN #16
Expert:  Ron replied 9 months ago.
Pin #16 gets its power from the OBD fuse (7.5 amp) located in the interior fuse panel (right side).
