I am awaiting your response when you are ready to reply. I contacted the JUST ANSWER website and paid, up front, the fee for assistance (with great trepidation.... I might add, as website scams abound). I need to locate the Lexus part (new or used) and hope you can find a supplier who has this part in stock. My email address is***@******.*** Which Lexus dealership are you with ?Thanks
Richard

Fear not. This is not a scam it's just been busy in the shop, I am working on it now.

Richard,

I am not sure why you're having a difficult time with this part. It's not considered on back order the Lexus Los Angeles depot shows two on hand and there are two in another depot in the USA. That makes four in the country however there's not a big demand for this. Any Lexus dealer can order this on a overnight critical order and should take no more than three days even if it pulled out of Los Angeles depot. I did find some used ones on eBay I would probably stay away from those. I'm not real sure why you're replacing it whether the Lexis dealer diagnosed as being faulty or not.
