Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

This could be an issue with the radio itself, the amplifier, or possibly a loss of proper power or ground to the amp.

Does the radio power up and seem to work yet there is no sound?
Did the problem happen after any work was done, a jump start, accident, etc?

My radio turns on, so does my cd player. I do have bluetooth, and when I connect, no audio for incoming or outgoing calls. I was also having a problem with my bluetooth. It should connect to my phone when I start my car, but I had to re-register my phone. That's when I realized the audio was not working and no audio for Navigation. My audio was working fine, my husband drove my car later in the day, that's when I noticed the audio stopped working. I did ask him about the audio, he has no idea what happen. ( I have my doubt's ) I do get that loud thumping sound each time I start my car. It sounds like it's coming from the speakers.

Have fuses been checked?

Have you tried a battery disconnect?
