Hello. Welcome ot Just Answer. TO remove the glove box, remove the screws with a screwdriver, then, pus in the center of the 5 plastic clips, and then pull them out. Disconnect the glove box arm. With a plastic pry device, insert it between the top of the glovebox and under the dash pad. Pry the glove box down a bit to unhook it from under the dash and and pull it out.

What screws are you referringto. I only see screws holding the glove compartment door on.
