Try exiting the vehicle, closing all doors and trunk and hood, Insert key into the drivers door key slot, turn twice to the lock position( all doors should lock), then twice to the unlock position( all doors should unlock). Enter the vehicle and attempt to start,

tried twice no good

Do you have another key to try with the vehicle?

Expert:  scionking replied 1 year ago.

Problem is either with the key or the Immobilizer system itself.
