Im cam and ill do my best to help you with your problem!
IT sounds like your drive belt needs to be replaced.
these will become dry and stretched with age and will squeel, usually first with startup and under acceleration.
You can visually inspect them, by looking for cracks and if any are seen, the belts or belt will need to be replaced
if there is an automatic tensioner, this will have to be inspected for a weak tension spring.
you can tell this by watching the tensioner when the engine is running.
a weak tensioner will be flopping back and forth while a good one will be reasonably stable
if you need any more info id be happy to help!
i appreciate positive ratings!
if its just a dry older belt, i wouldnt be concerned about it. the drive should be fine.
just have a good visual inspection, and if the belt doesnt have excessive cracking it will be ok.
