Your fuel pressure regulator is located on top of the engine at the intake manifold as seen in the links below.

Here is the removal procedure:

1. DISCONNECT AIR ASSIST HOSE FROM INTAKE MANIFOLD
2. DISCONNECT VACUUM SENSING HOSE FROM FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR
3. DISCONNECT FUEL RETURN HOSE FROM FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR

CAUTION: Put a shop rag under the pressure regulator.

4. REMOVE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR - Remove the 2 bolts, and pull out the pressure regulator. - Remove the O-ring from the pressure regulator.

Reverse removal for installation.
