Hi my name is ***** ***** be happy to assist with this here. I apologize for any delay.

The code you have said indicates a full torque sensor circuit. The signal from the sensor the computer uses for steering effort. This may also affect transmission shifting. Most common to cause this is the torque sensor itself needing replaced. There is a diagnostic procedure to be followed for this fault code to locate and repair this fault. If you want I can post this procedure for you to follow to see if you can pinpoint the fault just let me know. Some of this testing will require a multi meter to test resistance and a scan tool.

If more help is needed, use the reply tab to continue our conversation. If no further assistance is needed, kindly rate my service. You can rate at any time and we can continue to work on your question as this will not close out your question. Thanks Pete.

please post the procedure i have also noticed when i connected my scan tool i also get a 1512 code as well is this all related to that sensor?
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

Codes C 1511 C 1512 and C 1513 all indicate torque sensor circuit malfunctions so both of these codes are the same related code. Below is the diagnostic procedure to locate and repair this fault here. If you need anything else let me know. You will have to copy and paste the links below into a new web tab to view them.

can you send me a picture of the sensor location and are there one or two of them
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

On this model the power steering link is the actual rack and pinion gear assembly. In the link below you will see a picture as the whole gear assembly. The cost for this depending on where you purchase it can range from $500 to over $1300. Some dealers may charge $1500 or more. The torque sensor is part of the link assembly which is part of the steering gear assembly.
