electric fans not working, ran hot wire to fans, where is fan fuse and location

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!
There are two fuses that power the cooling fan relays. The RDI and CDS fuses, both 30 amp, are in the power distribution center under the hood.

Could both fans go out same time

Both motors wouldn't likely fail at exactly the same time but it's definitely possible they failed at separate times and are both now not working.
