Hello and thank you for using just answer. Both of these codes refer to a air/fuel ratio sensor malfunction on bank 1 sensor 1, not uncommon on this vehicle with some age/mileage. The sensor has to be accessed from under the vehicle, it is mounted to the exhaust manifold on the rear of the engine between the engine and the passenger compartment firewall. I recommend you purchase this part from a toyota or lexus dealer to avoid repeat issues.
