I am extremely upset! I recently visited my usual tint shop (one that I've taken 7 of my personal cars to throughout the years, not including friend referrals) and I basically paid $500 (that's supposedly with a discount for being a repeat customer) to get my 4 door car tinted with the top of the line tint. Not only do they damage the interior of my brand new 2014 Cadillac that I had just purchased the day before by chipping the interior metal trim, but come to find out that they had the nerve to install the cheapest tint available. I know this as I've had the most expensive tint installed from them on previous vehicles for heat reducing purposes and it looks nothing like the tint used in this car. I basically got the same quality tint that one would have received for $99 according to a groupon deal they are currently advertising. Not only do I feel cheated and lied to, but I wonder how many other of his customers this has happened to throughout the the years? Especially if they are new and paid top dollar for top of the line tint, not knowing what their top of the line tint actually looks like. What legal options do I have? Can I request my money back even if the receipt states "No Refunds - All Sales Are Final" and have them fix my tint and damage done to the interior trim of my car?
