Can I sue a third party for reading private facebook messages between me and another adult and sharing those messages with another person?

Here are the exact facts:

1. I was chatting on facebook with a woman who still lives at home with her parents. (She is 19 years old) I asked a "personal" question - like "have you ever kissed a guy" and "what career do you want".

2. Without permission of myself or the woman, her parents read her private facebook messages.

3. Without permission of myself or the woman, her parents then contacted a mutual friend freaking out that I was some weirdo guy. While the fallout from this has yet to be fully determined, the mutual family friend is very religious and I'm afraid that it may cost me my friendship with the entire family. (The family has kids I talk to regularly, which they may cut me off and out of their family)

I want to know my legal options - if any - to file criminal charges and claim civil damages from embarrassment and emotional duress. I when I talked to this woman, I expected some reasonable levels of privacy but her family violated my privacy and then exposed a private communication to another family.

My mother is being mistreated at her office. For 25+ years she has never been written up and only called in sick 4 days in the total amount of time she has worked for the Dr. She comes in an hour early everyday to prep the office and now he has brought his wife into the office to be an office manager and she wrote my mom up today for a number of reasons. One being that she treated patients poorly. In both cases she was trying to explain the office policy of collecting money and they were upset at the policy and angry but my mother didn't retaliate just tried to explain. The wife goes out of her way to show how much she doesn't like my mom. She will bring back dessert for other workers but not my mom. She talks really loud about giving other people raises and they have only been working in the office a few months. She blames my mom for discrepancies between billing and insurance. Other people in the office have tried to explain that to the wife of the Dr and she doesnt want to hear it.

Hello I have a question me and my husband are going through a divorce it's been almost 2 years since we separate we have a 2 year old son and I always been the provider my husband has never gave me one dollar for him so I decide to go to Mexico on a emergency and he happens to ask where we were at so my mother tells him that I left to Mexico to care for my grampa so he hires a detective and lies that he hasn't seen hes son months and claims to tell the detective that I had kidnap our son to Mexico and the day I decide to come back he puts the order and claims he's son missing and I get detaine in the border and comes and picks him up does this mean I lost custody of my son? Or what will happen?
