i went too t/park this year and got caught in possession of 2 grams of cocaine. it was taken from me and my name was took. i got a letter a few months after asking how i plead i said guilty and sent the form back . i now have to attend court for sentence i have no criminal record at all for anything . what will happen to me could i go to prison and what are the chances of that . being i plead guilty i have no record and it was a small amount of coke ? is 2 grams seen as a small amount ? im being charged with possession

How do I find out about debts for a Richard J Johnson in Blackburn? The reason I am asking is that he is my partner's twin brother and I have just received a letter in his name at my address (he has never lived here) from a solicitors chasing debts.

My colleague has an outstanding American Express credit card debt, card was issued in Bahrain via a UAE company - no effort has been made to pay as he considers the UAE company liable.

He needs to travel to the USA ans is concerned that there may be a case against him. 10 years has lapsed since last payment - what is your advice
