As a franchisee do I have a right to know where other franchisees stand in regard to any and all litigation currently being pursued by franchisor?

In my Committed Intimate Relationship suit that I filed over a year ago, we finally "settled" just before trial last December. On 12/2/12 we signed a CR2A settlement memorandum with the intent to finalize the settlement document within a few weeks. Note... she is very wealthy and I have next to nothing and was even acting Pro Se as I could not afford counsel.

In the settlement agreement, she was to give me a car and make 12 installment payments to me of $5k/mo. The car was to be brought to Seattle from Calif no later than 12/31/12. She later asked to have more time to get the title taken care of.... and then even later suggested that a different car be substituted for the originally agreed upon car to which I agreed (via email). That car also had title issues, which were finally resolved a few weeks ago and the car is here in Seattle. She has repeatedly said thru her attorney and text messages to me that she was only waiting for the title resolution to give me the car.

She has been making the $5k payments, still owes me other personal effects that were agreed upon. She is now very angry at me (again) and has changed her mind about the car and wants to go back to the original car, which is still in Calif... which will be further delay. It is now nearly 6 months since the original CR2A was signed and I don't have the promised car (I do want the newly substituted car instead of the original) nor my personal effects.

Her attorney confided in me yesterday that he is embarrassed by the lack of resolution and said he felt she was playing games with me all along. She had wanted to restore our relationship... but wanted to contractually constrain me from being friends with the woman I had an affair with. Even her attorney thought it was Jr High jealousy that has been making her flipflop with me. She wants to control me, put a leash on me, and when I refused last week she pulled this "switch" again on me. (soap opera material)

I was also told by him that the judge's bailiff has been after him to get the settlement finalized.

I am at my wit's end and fearful that she will now delay or cease making the $5k pmts (six more left).... and that this will take more time for me to get my car and things.

What should I do?

I am having a problem with a school that violated my privacy act (hippa). I have gone through the proper gain of command and the school has refused me my right to speak to higher authorities. My children are on a 504 plan and are not being treated fairly and in fact are being bullied by other children at the school on a daily basis. I need to know what legal action can I take against this school?
