If a company fires an employe and continues to deposit money in their bank account for 6 months , is that person legally obligated to pay said monies back, Evan if the firing was over a year ago?

We live in Michigan. My son is almost 19 years old and hangs out with his friend and their family almost on a nightly basis. They consider him family. Here is the issue. His friend has a 15 year old sister that has a crush on my son. I have repeatedly talked with my son about her age and he seems to listen but still hangs out with her brother daily. I am afraid that because she has a huge crush on him and he is a young man that something sexual may take place. I am concerned about the 16 year old age minimum in Michigan. What are the legal issues that could arise if something does happen between them?
