We had a pool company open our underground pool in June. They lowered the water level too low and told my husband that it would be alright. That night the bottom of the pool cracked. My husband called the pool company about the cracked bottom and they said they would someone out that day. No one showed up. My husband then called the pool company the next day and left a message, but no one returned his call. We went ahead and got an another pool company to repair the bottom of the pool. (the pool is fiberglass). It costed us $13,000 to fixed the pool. My question is, do we have a case to get the repair money back since it was the first pool company's fault that the bottom cracked? Thank you for your time. Ruth XXXXXX
