there was a contract drawn between 3 parties.
my company, second party company and the third party , that was hired by the seccond part to do the job.
i signed it and the second party signed it and the third part introduce a contract that was not previously discussed by the second part to the third part and so the third party refuses to sign that contract.
Does that contract hold good.
if not , how long does it take to null the contract?

Hi there:
Wondering about general information about an auto insurance claim. My car was hit while parked outside my office, damaging more than just the cosmetics and actually hurting the axle etc.
This particular car has been hit and repaired a number of times before. At this point, dubious of all the cumulative repair work, I'd love to just have the insurance company declare it a total loss and give me full replacement value.
I would appreciate any information in the way of process, tips, timeframes to expect, etc.

My husband was diagnosed with diabetes and kidney disease and he is 51. He's working but probably won't be past 55. There is a big possibility of hospital bills down the road. How do we protect our assets from being taken if this occurs. We have home paid for $150K, Cabin paid for $50K, Annuity $125K, Savings $30K, 401K's $75K and I'm working earning about $35K/yr.
