Is it a federal matter to falsify deed records in a county court house in Arkansas?

My dog got out of the gate and lunged at a visiting neighbors dog in my drive way. My neighbor through herself onto the dog to prevent injury to her Afghan hound/poodle. My dog is a Mast if and the women's arm was injured she has a 2 2 1/2 in scrape on her right forearm due to my mastif paw sscratched and broke the skin and complains about pain in her leg for the her thrusing herself onto her dog to protect it. The mast if was quickly restrained by me and I told her to go to the doctor and I will assume the cost of the visit. She did and I have the bills and I am more than happy to pay them. The incident happened 1/20/12 I received a bill today for the doctor she visited and a vet bill for her dog, attached to a contract stating I ________________ will pay for all medical bills and wages that are related to the dog attack that happened on Jan 20,2013 at my address on my property. My dog got out of fence and attacked neighbors dog. At that time she tried to protect her dog. Neighbor and her dog were hurt by my dog. The neigh er wants me to sign that contract as I stated to you. I am more than glad to pay her bills and medication. But I do not like the way the contract reads because it seems that she is trying to make me pay for more than she is saying. I want to know what my legal options are. I like to revise the way the statement reads and I do not want to be sued for trying to do the right thing. The way way she word the contract is so broad. She want me to sign the contract but we discussed that as long as the bill get paid she will let it go. I do not like the wording. What can I do and how should this contract be worded. She said all I would have to pay is 288.79 this amount includes 120.00 her salary but the way the contract reads and the way the conversation was stated today is all wages and I do not want to be put into a trap.

I have a question about the possiblity of being sued for breaking someones arm during a backyard wrestling match.

This occured last week during a family get together. Alcohol was involved. My neices boyfriend approached me about my martial arts background in Tae Kwon Do of which I hold a black belt. He stated he had been learning MMA, and he wanted to wrestle me outside. I told him that we had both been drinking and this was a bad idea. After further conversations where we agreed there would be no punching and quick tapouts I agreed to give it a go.

We wrestled for a mintue or two until I put him in an arm bar. He quickly tapped and i got up and said I was done wrestling. There was no harm done at this point. His girlfriend, my neice, made a comment to him that she had never saw him tap so quick. This frustrated him and he begged me to give him another chance. I told him I'd give in one more go and then I was done.

Again, after a couple minutes I got him in an arm bar, but I did not feel it was a good hold. He didn't tap or say anything so I continued work it. All of a sudden his arm snapped. He told me that his arm was broke, and I told him that I knew cause I had heard the pop.

There were a few non-drinking people witnessing this match and have told me this was the events as they witnessed.

My concern is now this guy wants to sue me for breaking his arm in a wrestling match that was his idea in the first place. He never once told me he was in distress nor did he tap which is what you do when you are in a hold you cannot get out of.

I feel terrible about the whole situation and have told my neice i would help in any way I could, but I think a lawsuit is coming and I would like to know what are my chances that he will be successful.
