My mortgage was forclosed on in 2008. i filed for bankruptcy in september of 2008, after making all the court order payment to a trustee and making my regular mortgage at the same time my bankkruptcy was discharged in june 2012. But my bank says that i still owe 8 months post partian payment.
After reviewing my payment records i found that their was discrepancy in my escrow of over a thousand dollors dating back to 2006. in looking at the trustee payment records i see that that they made the first 17 payment to Deutsche Bank (the owner of the note) while I sent the regular mortgage to
first Franklyn loan Services. Is bank of America responsible for 2006 discrepancy? What about the Post partition Payments? I have all the records showing all payments.

I filed for bankruptancy in 2009. My first mortgage was discharged, but the second was reaffirmed. We have remained in the house, but have fallen behind in payments. Where do we stand on the second mortgage? Thanks!

A coworker slandered me on the internet (a union website) accusing me of stealing money, the situation was expalined to him by a few people that there was no theft, he still did not stop.. he then pressed charges against within our union consitution, I wa found not guilty, he still landered me in emails etc.... I ahve to work with him and he is causing me such anquish at work. I am affriad to even look at him because of the mbarrassment that he has caused me, I am planning on seeking political office some day and I am also trying to move up in the company but this mans slanderous words has caused me to be tdo I have a case of slander and defamation of character?
