What happens if the Defendant (a corporation) doesn't provide the subpoenaed items? Can I send out a second set of subpoenas? Can I ask the court to do something? During the initial trial, which was postponed, the Defendant gave me some of the items just before trial--over 1,000 pages. Given her desire to win, I truly suspect she intends to use the same tactics again. Is there anything I can do to get the subpoenaed items sooner?
