In a community property state as Arizona, if one spouse gets a $25,000 loan for a sand rail without the knowledge of the other is the unknowing spouse equally responsible for the loan payments and/or default of the loan if there is one? And will it effect the credit rating equally of the unknowing spouse? Thanks!

my work filed a complaint against me saying there is missing items from 12/2011-6/2012. I purchase items for disabled ppl. mostly clothing! My boss got upset with me for other reasons and set-up an audit. My work states there is several hundreds of dollars missing items from my receipts. They havent put me out of work. But the police did contact me. They asked me if i can come answer some questions?? I asked if i needed a lawyer and they stated i wasnt arrest. What kind of questions should i be excepted to asked?? I dont understand when other staff will state they throw items away with outmaking them on inventory as destroyed?? I need help do i need a lawyer just to tell my side of the story. Also i can prove a time line of my bosses targeting me

Since the defiinition of "Defamation of Character" says that: To prove defamation of character, you must show that someone made a statement of fact about you that and that statement was untrue and not privileged; that the statement was relayed to a third party with actual malice to cause harm to my true character; causing ridicule, contempt, and caused injury to my ability to obtain credit which damaged my credit report history. The third party witnessed the statement while working with the person making the statement. I was investigated and accused of a wrong doing which was proven to be a falsehood. Information is available to validate my assertion and all that I want is to recover my actual loss. If I can generate a suit based on this assault on my character, please point me in the right direction.
