I currently have a car loan with chrysler financial, unfortunately im not working,so m y Mother is helping out with some of the payments,but is not on the account. Today one of the supervisor called her telling the vehicle is 27 days past due and that it will repo if a pmt was not made today. She told them the 10th of july will be when she could make the pmt, The gentleman did not accept the arrangement. I was wondering if is legal for a company to disclose information about an account to a person that did not sign for the loan, they told me all they need is verbal authorization from me to give out information.

My wife and I are seperated. My son, age 15 wants to live with me because of the mental anguish his mother is causing. Can I move him to Georgia from Florida without going to court?

I've been separated from my wife for over 2 years and she has continued to provide health insurance for me. Now she has filed for divorce, but I told her I wouldn't sign them because of incorrect date of marriage,a clause asking me to waive my rights to legal counsel and giving up rights to pursue spousal maintenance. She is fine with getting it changed except for just a verbal agreement to continue my health coverage for a few more months.I want to at least save our friendship but I really need the health insurance until I get back on my feet again.I can't afford anything right now having been unemployed the past year due to this continuing recession-depression. What are my best options?
