I live in a Mobilehome Park in Ca. - I had my Van stored in my driveway for 5 years, and the park started new parking rules to issue parking stickers for registered vehicles only, so I refused to sign, so they placed warning notices on all three of my vehicles, two are registered 1 car 1 small pick up, my van is register non-op, they said they were going to tow all 3 , they only issue sticker for registered vehicle only, on the permit paper work that I sign, it stated that it gave them permission to remove the non permitted vehicle, I don't have an issue with that, I work nights, the next day after I sign for the permits my mom that lives with me went to the market so her car was gone, my truck was behind the van in my driveway, management had the local police along with the tow co. here, they nocked on the door but I was sleeping, they removed my truck out to the street where guest park to access my stored van, MY QUESTION - Is it illegal to remove my truck out of the way to access the van ? PLUS when my truck was out of sight of the police officer, for more than 10 minutes some things where missing so the next day I went to the police station to file a police report for those missing items, and the police officer that took the report was the same that was there witnessing the removal and thats when I learned that it was out of he's sight for thoes minutes.
One more Question - Is the tow co. liable for my missing items ?

I have been informed that an associate of mine through a social organization has filed a police report stating I was using marijuana at a social gathering based off I smelled funny. I typically do goverment contract work and may need security clearence with the jobs I am applying for. I have not used drugs and need to know if this complaint exists and get it removed. What do I do no one will tell me the name of the person filing this which is false only that it is a retired police officer which concerns me that someone will actually take this bogus statement seriously.
